Attractions
• Finnish Railway Museum, located mainly in the original railway buildings dating from the 1870s. The museum gives a vivid picture of the past of the Finnish railway. • The Art Gallery of Hyvinkää offers a permanent exhibition of the works of Yrjö Saarinen, included in the Sonck collection. 040 4801644

• The old industrial premises of Wanha Villatehdas today house the Villa Arttu - art and culture centre for children and young people, (019) 430 963 and The Valvilla Factory and Textile Museum with a standing exhibition featuring the history of the wool industry, (019) 459 2443 as well as changing exhibitions and workshops. In addition, the area includes the Villan Voimala exhibition space, the Willa theatres, the Techvilla high-tech centre, a flea market and a café. A large variety of events are arranged.
