Places to see:
The area of Old Keuruu, which is of great importance from the point of view of cultural history, stands out on the map as a shaded area which includes the following places: The Old Vicarage and the Kamana Tourist Centre (The area includes an Information spot, the Keuruu Museum, two café-restaurants, a natural health clinic, a ladies’ hairdresser, Pappilan Puoti, The summer storehouse boutiques have an outlet of Annulin Neule, renovated furniture, and an art sales exhibition,). The Old Church of Keuruu (1758); open 1st June - 31st August 11 a.m - 5 p.m. and the Punnonen house (summer exhibitions of the artists’ association). Keuruu Church (1892); the road church open 1st June - 31st August 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. The Local Heritage Museum.
Other attractions:
The paddle-wheel boat Elias Lönnrot - scheduled cruises on Keurusselkä Lake stopping at the Hotel, at Mänttä and at Camping Nyyssänniemi. Charter cruises Mänttä by appointment (a fully licenced restaurant). The harbour kiosk Siipiratas open in summer.
The Steam Engine Park at Haapamäki - Genuine steal locomotives, scale models, a restaurant, dancing, a summer theatre and events.
