Larsmo is an archipelago municipality between Jakobstad and Kokkola. The municipality is traversed by the beautiful "archipelago road of seven bridges" (749).

Köpmanholmen is a leisure area set in beautiful island scenery at rowing distance from the mainland. Köpmansholmen has a café and a restaurant with advance booking, a sauna and lounge with a fireplace, a swimming beach and lots of space for outdoor recreation. Köpmansholmen also has the TerraMare exhibition presenting land rising in the past, at present and in the future. The exhibition includes a nature trail and an observation tower.
